Lots of new content and nice QOL changes in the ZZZ 2.5 update. I'm stoked to see Grace getting a boost, she fell off my team as some of the newer, stronger characters were released. Hopefully, this evens things out a bit.

Epic’s Tim Sweeney says Apple’s ‘dishonesty’ and ‘gross disrespect’ to Japan is the reason Fortnite isn’t coming to iOS there

“Obviously, real competition won’t happen, and consumers won’t benefit, when Apple abuses its position between users and competitors to obstruct honest dealing between them. This is another sad day in the history of relationships between platform makers, developers, and consumers, and we will be raising our complaints with the Japanese Fair Trade Commission.”

Dude knows a thing or two about dishonesty.

Whenever a company makes a change or pushes an update that seems user-hostile or counterintuitive, it's because of money. It’s always because of money.

I've decided to park my BookWyrm usage for now. It’s such a hassle having to add practically every book I read. Instead, I threw together a browser extension to quickly create new items using Indie Bookstores, the Canadian version of Bookshop.org.

You don't need to have played OG Control to play Resonant, so say Remedy, but I wish they'd stop doing that

The horrors of the Oldest House have spilled out into New York City, Jesse is MIA, and Dylan must bash his way through it all to find her in a Devil May Cry-esque manner. Interesting enough a setup, but I am bothered by one thing: Remedy say you don't need to play the first game to play this one.

The Game Awards 2025 were essentially what I expected they’d be: yet another three-hour-long advertisement that sweeps the problems plaguing the industry under the rug.

I’m not sure if the absurd number of crypto ads on Tumblr reflects the poor state of the platform or just crypto in general.

Netflix, Which Has No Idea What To Do With Video Games, Could Own More Video Games

At both Netflix and WB, the men in suits seem to get as far as “people like video games, and also movies and TV” and then have no idea what to do next, costing games workers their jobs in the process.
